i ordered this dress late at night on a Tuesday (meaning the order didn't get processed until Wednesday) and the dress arrived by Saturday! i thought this was very quick as the dress is coming from California and i live in New York. when it got here it came in a very small box and i panicked that it would be wrinkled however i took it out and it poofed out and wasn't wrinkled at all!! the satin is very good quality the dress fits true to the measurements they gave and is very flattering! it even came with a small wrap! in all i love this dress (got it in black looks very classy) and if i had any other formal events i would get it again in another color. i can't wait to wear it tonight to my spring cotillion!More detail ...

The dress is beautiful. The sizes are definitely "adult" sizes not junior sizes. I had to have a tailor take the dress in 1.5 inches (I ordered a small). I am 5'6 and with 2 inch heels the dress is the perfect length (just above the floor). The dress fits just like it looks in the picture. There is a lining on the inside so you don't see through the dress! I ordered it for a beach wedding; it is both elegant and casual at the same time. I am very happy with this purchase. Prettier than any I found in local bridal stores. The taffeta inside and out is very soft and luxurious and feels great against the skin. The slip is nicely constructed and of excellent quality. classy and cute but slightly shorter than i'd like.

i gave this dress four stars because of it's cute/classy style... the one-star deduction comes from the belt looking a little cheap but for $34 one can't really complain. the fit is true to the measurements and the material on the bottom half of the dress is slimming but has a tendency to bunch just a bit. if you are buying this dress and your measurements slightly exceed those of the dress order a size up. the dress is pretty short... other than that it's pretty great. :)More detail ...

Wonderful Classic Style

I got this dress for my daughter to wear to her Ring Dance. I ordered by the measurements and even though she is full busted we had the dress taken in a little. It could have been worn without alterations but we just wanted a more custom fit. I liked the fact that it flares out and is not fitted at the hips this makes it more forgiving on the stomach. Satin Halter Dress Crystal Pin Prom Formal Prom Bridesmaid



I ordered this in White and Lilac for my wedding. The Lilac is a lovely shade and was easily matched to many items for my wedding (flowers ribbon flower girl dresses). The The white is for me The Bride. I wanted a simple dress without a train for my wedding. This one is perfect. I did add a Bridal crinoline style slip to make my dress fuller tan the bridesmaids. Size is an issue! I am a 16/18 (Tops in Juniors XL Jeans in 16) and I bought the 2X. The company sent me an XL by mistake and I could barely get it zipped up. They promptly sent the correct size I had originally ordered (2X) and while the length of the 2X was perfect (I am 5'6") with 3.5" heels the bust was another story. I wear a 38B (approx 41" bust) Bra and this had to be taken in a few inches at the bust line. The crystal pin is nice not at all cheap looking. I am a 37" waist and the 2X fit with about a ½" room to spare so it's not too lose and it is comfortable when sitting. This dress has boning in the bust to keep the halter in shape. I had a hard time finding a seamstress who would take the bust in at the seam most alterations places wanted to just put in darts which made the bust line askew. The lining has tulle which does not have an under layer so you will need a slip of some sort unless you want to have scratchy legs all night. All in all-well worth the savings even when I include alteration fees. It's also worth mentioning the fabric is of a Medium thickness and could be worn without a bra if need be.

Fast delivered + beautiful!
This is a great buy for several reasons. The fabric is of a quality grade satin and it's got a strong zipper, its an all around flattering line for different body shapes, and PacificPlex sends out your delivery in a wink! I ordered my red version on a Wednesday morning and recieved it that Saturday afternoon. I have one issue with this dress: even though I ordered it exactly to my personal measurements (42/34/42, a 2X), it was much too large on me. I would of course have a dress that is too big than too small, however it would be very nice not to have to worry about getting it altered at all, which is what I'm doing rather than sending in for a smaller size because I am an impatient woman and don't want to wait even PacificPlex's short delivery time again.

comfy and satifying
I am a fan of American Apparel products, this hoodie is one of those reasons.

it is really warm and velvety on the inside and has bright colors that make it stand out in a positive way.

if you are getting rich/bright colors like red though, be forewarned that they will leak on the white draw strings, so maybe try to avoid wearing the hoody in situations that it will get filthy so you can try to avoid washing it to many times and causing the bleeding to be more of an issue.

High quality, stylish hoodie
The sweatshirt fits very well, and it simply looks good. The trademark white shoestring looks great with the forest green fabric. The build quality is great. I love American Apparel hoodies, and it was a great price for a great item.
